Sarah Nabongo’s name in lights!

Sarah Nabongo receives garlands from friends and family – a wonderful Kenyan tradition to celebrate academic accomplishments

Congratulations to CES Kenya Administrative Assistant Sarah Nabongo! On June 28, she graduated from Jomo Kenyatta University with an honours degree in Business Administration. And that was all part-time while working with two NGO’s (CES/KEEF) and raising her family. On behalf of CES Canada and CES Kenya, we offer our heartiest congratulations to Sarah. 

Sarah first completed a three year diploma in Business Studies before embarking on university studies. CES has supported Sarah over the years of her higher learning. Indeed, we are fortunate to have such energy and talent in the person of Sarah.

Here at CES Canada, we’re very pleased that the CES Alumni Executive helped to plan this event along with Malik and the CES Kenya team. Usually it is Sarah that organizes these kinds of events - now it all comes back to her.
