CES PAD Project

Girls in Kenya face many challenges. Most female students are not able to afford the purchase of sanitary pads. Girls are left out of many activities and are often uncomfortable during their menstrual cycle. Many miss school for a few days each month as they feel shunned and embarrassed to attend. All CES Girls receive education about their menses and receive a year’s supply of re-useable feminine hygiene Pads along with a personal health kit.

CES Health programs for boys and girls include a treated Anti-malaria mosquito net as well as health care and medical attention when required.
